Some of the hair can be sustained, but the sides are not worth it Imo not sure if sexual sides can be reversed to 100%, you will have to deal with gyno, getting your hormones back on track is gonna take time and effort, ask antydhtor as far as I know he is the only cis male on the forum with a regimen close to that, ought tho his is borderline extreme. Personal advice just sustain with finasteride/dutasteride throw in some minoxidil if you wish so, save up for a decent hair transplant or get one if you have the money and proceed to wait for the best of the upcoming treatments

I was on oral spironolactone at high dosages for around 4 years (200mg/300mg). I had some drop in libido but still functioned absolutely fine, the main side i had was gyno which came and went with Tamoxifen treatment. I made significant gains but i was also on a small dose of oral minoxidil (5mg) and dutasteride; but it still took a while to see improvements and i had heavy shedding. About 2 years ago i dropped oral spironolactone and replaced it with topical RU with success i.e. i have not lost any ground. If you check out my progress thread you will see this. I've recently added in a few new things and my overall hair quality has improved. I have no gyno on RU and no lasting side effects.
