Hi,
I am person with severe anxiety and I have a history of panic attacks. I used lustral back in the day for 2 year and it had improved my situation. My hair was not a concern then.
Now I have a hair problem. Though I can't figure if I am losing excessively or not, I started minoxidil 6 months ago and nizoral the other day. I am really cynical about finasteride.
Anyways, I have high anxiety and depression again these days. Hairloss is a major part of my stress but not all. I am planning to start using cipralex now but I was wondering if it causes any hairloss. Some people reported it, but it is impossible to figure out whether it is related to this drug. I was actually thinking that because I am an extremely stressed person, an anti-depressant by lowering my stress levels might even be helpfull to my hairloss. Does this thought have any validity?
I am also concerned about sexual dsfunction the drug causes, but then again finasteride also does that. So IN CASE the drug was responsible for lowering testesterone, wouldn't that also lower the DHT that is derived and hence lower hairloss?
