Hello everyone. OK so basically around March or April of last year I was diagnosed with Chronic Telogen Effluvium. Back in 2013 I had become really sick and I couldn't eat properly for a good 7 or 8 months maybe more. I lost about 10KG.
After that in the middle of 2013 I began to notice my hair shedding more. I didn't really think much of it to be honest until I shaved my head down in November of 2014 with a 4 guard where my family noticed that my scalp was showing diffusely. Again didn't think much of it I thought I always looked like that as I never had shaved my hair down.
Then in 2015 somewhere in April or May I shaved my hair down again with a 4 or 5 not sure. At the time I was doing a movie for one of my college projects. I never really paid attention to my crown just the top of my head which had kind of diffused. The doctor said I have Chronic Telogen Effluvium due to malnutrition.
Lately I have started eating more and also taking supplements with all the necessary vitamins and minerals in it.
I was wondering has my crown changed from 2015? I shaved my head down with a 5 again about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I took a picture of my crown right now. Obviously it's still kind of thin but to my eyes it looks much better than 2015.
When my hair is longer I only have that hair whorl nothing else visible though. I have posted pictures on here where my hair was longer and everyone said my crown is OK.
