Chronic T.E.?

Does anyone have any information on this? Seems like it's not discussed a lot. Also, how do you tell the difference between chronic T.E. and male pattern baldness?

Unlike male pattern baldness Telogen Effluvium is essentially all over your head including permanent zones. Chronic comes in when it lasts longer then the 6 months or something like that. I looked at your pics you have neither.
