Chest pain...still

Just wondering. I've been on finasteride for 3 or so weeks, about 2 weeks in I noticed my left nipple chaffing. Now, that has gone, but I notice a tight pain (every once in a while, not always) in that same peck. A couple questions:
1. Does this sound like the beginning of Gyno?
2. Can people get symptoms of Gyno early on in their treatment and then the symptoms go away w/ Gyno never to come? (I ask b/c I seem to have experienced the ball ache and lack of werection at one point, too. Though, now that seems to be gone.)
3. How long till one would see noticeable physical traits of Gyno? (I have a feeling that finasteride might work on my hair, b/c I'm mainly interested in maintaining it. I'd hate to quit it, if it's working.)

If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it. Sorry, I know I've posted about Gyno, b4...it's just my Derm is a dipshit and I don't want to go back to see her, b/c I know she'll just take me off finasteride.

It could be the beginning of Gyno, yes.

I guess yes, but mine is only a guess. Until your body reaches a balance tissue might get sensitive and then return to normal. I am not suggesting to continue treatment here- You will be the judge of that. I am only guessing.

3. How long till one would see noticeable physical traits of Gyno?
Gyno development is a slow progressive process. It could take a year to start looking bad- or more. Hair_tomorrow has posted some interesting stuff regarding his experience- search for his posts.

Sorry I couldn't give definite answers.
