this is quite old and previously discussed at length on the forum, if you google further or do a search on here you will find that there are specific reasons why the finasteride 5mg users had a higher gleason score (indication of agressiveness of cancer) meaning that the figures may have been skewed - I dont have the time to go into the specifics but just so you know there is more to this story
