#Cheapassalert Can i take 10% minoxidil and divide/cut it to 2 bottles of 5% minoxidil??

I have some money trouble these days and i thought of this idea.
Basically a 10% minoxidil bottle has 100mg pre ml so if i were to add about 60ml more of the alcohol then id reduce the minoxidil perml to 50mg per ml getting me 2 bottles of minoxidil.

Is this correct?? If it is, then could anyone what alcohol at what proportions should i use pls.
