CHEAP possibly effective topicals?

Are there any topicals in existence that I can buy from a reliable source that could have a chance at helping with hairloss? Revivogen, topical spironolactone, flutamide and those are nice but I want something cheap. I mean for gods sake none of them are proven to do anything more then be flushed down a toilet like water but they are all more expensive then any proven treatment. Anyhow theres crinagen which is one of the only decently priced ones I have ever seen. Is there anything else that might give better results? Im also not interested in shampoos or mixing chemicals in my basement
