Is this quality stuff? I currently take NOW MSM and it is certified and carries the good housekeeping seal of approval. If the suppelment is not pure and contain what it should the price is irrelavent.

Redbone.. I dunno If its quality product.. I came across thru GOOGLE search.. neways.. I thought wud let u know as promised.. I too ordered Now MSM and Arginine.. looks like the 1fast website have run out of Now MSM.. so that must be good..

Being a weightlifter for 15 years I can tell you a few things about supps. The first and foremost is make sure you are getting what you payed for. NOW is an excellent company and I highly recommend them I use all there sh*t. Thank you for the post but I never heard of these guys, dont know if there products are pure but their prices are sure good.


You can get the caps cheap at DSP like 240 1g caps for $17.99. I like the powder but it sticks together and is lumpy.

What abt Optimum Nutrition MSM Powder .. is it a good product too.. I placed a order with 1fast website.. from ur previous posts.. they have run out of Now MSM, so opted for this. Hope this is good too.

X Optimum is a great company. I think I will buy this next I did not know they made it. Now powder gets very clumpy and has to be mashed back into silt.

To test MSM if it is pure, it should ALWAYS sink to the bottom of the cup/glass first.. Then that is pure MSM

This is not listed in 1fast400.com, but when they told me that the NOW MSM was on back order they offered me Optimum Nutrion MSM 2000mg powder. I received the order today, I dunno why it is not listed there,

Nice work X does it have clumps in it from moisture? Now sh*t does and I have to stir it all the time. I put a teaspoon full in my mouth then water and swirl it around. Tastes ok.

Red.. Its Pretty good actually... Its crystalized powder, loose, dry and no clumps at all.. dissolves very quickly

yea.. L-arg taste sucks.. best way to take is to fill the mouth with water drop L-arg powder and gulp it in one shot..
