I'm currently living in the US (moving to the EU in May) and my Dr has said he will give me a script for Propecia in the past. Over the last 2 months of finding globs of hair everywhere I'm caving in and going with finasteride. I have an appt with the Dr shortly and would love to get a script for Proscar. If he won't give me a scipt for Proscar but will give one for Propecia will it cause any problems if I switch to Proscar in 4-5 months when I get to the EU? Could this set back any gains I make with the Propecia? I haven't seen any postings about anyone trying something like this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
