CB vehicle question

Is it possible to use something else than Everclear (95 % alcohol) when you make an ethanol/ PG vehicle? (I can't obtain Everclear so I'll have to use something else).

Could you use another brand with 60 % alcohol to dissolve the CB, or is 60 % too low?

I am not too interested in using Stemox/ Neogenic as a vehicle.

not that experienced with vehicles. if you want to store it for a few days, maybe use 95. if daily batches and just want to have something for dissolving it, 60 might work.
