Does anyone use this and if so is it worth it and how do you use it?

I have a container given to me, but there are no real instructions how to use it. I googled it and some people said it's helped their hair growth but mainly women and apparently they combine it with another type of oil but it's not really clear how to use this oil and if it really helps with hair regrowth.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I just started using it a few days ago so obviously too early to tell if it’s helping. It’s rich in PGE2 which is the “good” prostaglandin that promotes hair growth. I take 1 ml orally and also use about .5 topically around my temples. I just heat it up a little bit and apply it after minoxidil.

Really I never heard of anyone using it like that?

I was told never to use Minoxidil and Oil around the same time, as Oil is thicker so it blocks up the pores

Also orally taking Castor Oil?

Where did you get this idea/advice from?

Im currently making a batch of jamaican castor oil + jojoba (to thin it a bit) and few drops peppermint. I bought a roller ball oil container to apply it. Starting it next week and will give it a go for 6months using it every othher day. Im doing it more for scalp health as i get a bad scalp often. But peppermint and castor oil suppose be good for growth aswell so it seems like a good addition to my minoxidil/finasteride and nizoral regime

Some other users here take it orally, and it makes sense to me. Can’t hurt. Good point about using it with minoxidil though, might not be a good idea to use at the same time. Might have to rethink that haha. I apply it topically because it is anti inflammatory and in theory it is applying pge2 directly to the hair follicle.

It's really dangerous to give advice on this forum without proof of something working and/or if your not a professional yourself.

Hard to use effectively.

Topically it creates such a thick oil slick it will take 3-4 shampoos to get it all out (if you're lucky).

Orally, it causes horrible bowel cramping and diarrhea.

Very hard to use.

Castor oil is unlikely to do anything for your hair besides making it a greasy unmanageable mess.

http://swisstemples.com/the-prostaglandin-protocol/

it is part of the ghetto protocoll

Swiss further stated on german forums that it made his hair thicker and darker.

I started this week. 2x 1ml in the morning and evening orally and once topical wtih 35% DMSO and 0.5% grapefruit oil.

That being said, we need more PGE sources. Stemox and castor cover only ep 1&3.

That's why people shouldn't just say these things like they are professionals and someone somewhere could be reading this and just starts doing things too...there needs to be proof and some kind of standing before people just say "I orally take Castor Oil"...for what? What's the proof?

Or I just use Coconut Oil...for what? What's the proof?

If you would google you would know. It is not about the oil, it is about the Ricinoleic acid that it contains. It is an natural exogenous PGE2ep3 agonist.
