Casein, A2 Milk.....

What can you tell me about these two things?

The more I read about casein, the more concerned I get. They make glue out of this sh*t, and apparently thats what it's like in your gut. Which sucks because although I don't drink milk I like me some yoghurt.

I assume that these bad effects would apply to A2 casein as well which is what goat, sheep, buffalo milk and A2 cow milk seems mostly made up of, even though these are touted as easier to digest

I'm not sure if the issue is casein in general or the type of casein. I don't know too much about it and I'm waiting on some answers from an expert. There have plenty of populations that have lived to a ripe old age from eating a lot of yoghurt daily, it would be interesting to know if they were eating cow's milk yoghurt or goat yoghurt (they contain different types and amounts of casein)



greek yoghurt is a delicacy imo
