Agreed. Seems like a rather minor job to me. I find 3K grafts to be excessive.

It seems they did the whole front third and the guy seems to have fine hairs, so I don't think they are too many grafts. By I agree the hairline looks a bit jagged.

If it was H&W, they would have implanted 5000.
