Ok, About June last year I had had a period of major stress. 2 months later I started losing alot of hair in male pattern baldness form, and still am now. However I also started losing hair on the sides of my head, even a little bald patch just above my ear, there is a lot of itching coming with it. I assumed I had Telogen Effluvium and kicked off MBP with it.
My hair was going somewhat rapidly I think, over two months I went from Norwood.5-MW2 and if I am not misjudging, I could be 2.5-3 right now, in the space of 6-7 months. I also have alot of thinning on the crown, If any actually gave it a good look in the right light it's easy to tell.
Sept: I started Nizoral first which got rid of the burning sensation quite alot and seemed to slow down the rapid loss, on One side I was Norwood-1.5-2 and minoxidil shortly after.
Oct 15: Started Finasteride 1.2mg, after 3 weeks, too high dosage, started cutting them in half. month later, dosage still seemed a bit to high, libido etc. Cut them up smaller for a while.
November: Hairloss immensely slowed down to almost a halt, especially compared to before finasteride. Also stopped minoxidil in December, far as I know it was doing jack on it's own so I plan to wait till after the finasteride shed.
January about: Nipple pain, stopped taking finasteride for 3 days, went away. Take finasteride every second day now, 0.625 mg, no nipple pain. Have less libido, BUT when I need it and when i'm in the mood it's up like a rocket. Can still masturbate 3 times a day if I like too(which I don't, just gets painful :whistle: )
January contin: Assumingly started le Shed. Itchyness back hairloss increase, although still not nearly as bad as before Nizoral.
Now along with this, losing in MBP area's yeah? Also losing it very badly on the sides. But my hair was very unhealthy their too for years though and thinnish(but not falling out) due to straightener burning(I assume). I cut the sides off completely last night down to the roots, i''m just gonna be sick for like two weeks till it looks not retarded.
I just don't understand though, if I did get Telogen Effluvium back then and lost on sides, why am I losing it again? It was visable see through before I cut it off again in the right light. I never used minoxidil there or anything on the sides.
What are tell tale signs of Telogen effluvium? I almost always had a little bulb on lost hair. I also seem to have minaturisation on the temples(can see it clearly) What about little blackhead looking thing? Is that a sign of new hairs coming through on the side?(i've heard this somewhere before) Because there is a lot of them too or is that just pores with hair already out?
Could I just be going through Telogen Effluvium Which is butt ****ing my MBP area's?
Also, i'd like to point out. My stress was fear of Cancer(yeah I feel like a nub). Had swollen lymph nodes for about seven months now on my neck which I should get checked but I think they stayed up because me poking at them. Also, I feel the thing between and connecting the thyroids, one side has slightly enlarged, not the thyroid itself(again as far as I can tell) Possibly from me poking at it. Also, have stomach problems, trapped gas in one particular area and can feel the bowel enlarging sometimes, irritable bowel syndrome without the Diarrhea, I'm also a shy ****, very shy. Had blood tests though back in August about which were normal.

Also I have a history of early MBP NW7 on my mothers side, uncles and grandad lost it early-mid 20's. I am 20 btw
