Lately I've been noticing in the mirror that my hair has clumps that seem to be missing from it. There's really no rhyme or reason to it, but I'm trying to figure out if it's actually hair loss or a series of bad haircuts. I am a 24 year old male.
I got a haircut about a month ago and the lady seemed to use the thinning shears a bit too much. I figured it was just a bad cut and didn't worry about it. Went back to the same place, different lady, and she did the same thing. So now when I look in the mirror I notice these missing clumps - pictures below. It should be noticed I can only see these spots from certain angles, or if I spike my hair up (like run my fingers through it as I'm brushing my teeth), but I haven't noticed them before the last 2 months or so.
SORRY THE PICTURES ARE ENORMOUS!
So here's my hairline:
And here's kind of what it looks like normal (getting in bed, so not really):

Here's where it gets scary - this is just looking at an angle towards the angle my hair is brushed:
And here's the terrifying view - if I brush my hair straight up:
Now again, I'm just now noticing this, so either I'm an idiot or the haircut makes it look worse than it is. I should also say that the sides are laying flat int his picture, but I can make them do the same thing if I try. So, what should I do from here?
