Can you use RU and minoxidil at the same time?

If so, how would you do this? Like if I'm applying minoxidil 2x a day in the morning and at night, when would I apply RU?

I know next to nothing about RU but am seriously considering trying it.

If you have RU powder, most people suggest mixing it with liquid minoxidil. If premade, just apply it with one of your two daily minoxidil applications, probably pref immediately after a minoxidil app.
