Okay so I was wondering if anyone on here could help me understand what type of hair loss I might be having and help me determine if it’s something more temporary or male pattern baldness. So I’ll basically start with a timeline to try and make it somewhat easier to understand. So around early summer my hair was fine and normal and nothing was wrong. Then around mid June I had torn a ligament and needed surgery to fix it, in which I ended up getting the surgery mid July. But around July 1st I had Noticed in a certain light looking at a mirror that’s my scalp had become way more visible but the overall thickness was the same. So about a week after my surgery in mid July I had notice my hair had instantly became really thin and I had no clue why but so over the next two months I started noticing way more hair loss than normal. Well it was really the first time I had noticed hair loss in general. But so over a good majority of my hair loss was coming from the top of the scalp but there was still a good bit that was falling off from the sides and the back of the Head just not at the same rate. Also with this hair loss I noticed sometimes that I had I brow loss which seems weird to me. So all of this is still occurring and it’s been almost three months after my surgery. In terms of hairline recession, it’s seems that the hairline is still there but the scalp is way more visible now near the hairline than what it was, also the right side of my hairline seems to be way more visible than my left side. Sorry this is a little hard to read but if you guys could give me your thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.
