Can you get Topical spironolactone on Prescription? (UK)

Just wondered, i am entering last resort territory, and
have a bit of acne so thought i may be able to persuade my GP to prescribe a topical spironolactone.

But don't know if one is available in the UK (can't see any on Boots or Lloyds Pharmacies...

I would also like to know if a tablet spironolactone has an effect on Hairloss?

Also what is Dr Ashcroft charging for Proscar?

I saw somewhere "3 packs for £120"
but what constitutes a pack? are we talking 3 x 28/30
