Can tgel coal tar shampoo make your hair loss wirse?

I have been using tgel for the past two months and the front has thinned significantly since startibg tgel. Has anyone experienced thinning after using tgel for some tine?

Honestly T gel is definitely not going to do anything for your hair loss. Switch to keto for dandruff

No, the T/Gel coal tar shampoo won't worsen hair loss. I've even used the product a lot before when I was a kid and it did absolutely nothing to make hair fall out. I've also used it before and after male pattern baldness treatments and still didn't make my hair loss worse. I wouldn't worry about it, I think it's a nice product, I don't use it anymore though since I made the full switch to using Ketoconazole shampoos.
