I'm taking a summer P.E. class and I'm going to be outdoors for 2 days out of the week for a few hours. One day is from 1pm-4pm. The other day is 5pm-8pm. I'm usually the indoors type of person. I'm just wondering if the sun exposure my hair is going to be getting can possibly be bad for the hair? Probably a stupid question but just wanted to ask.

If someone tells this guy that sunshine and exercise are bad for him, I'm going to go find the tallest mountain in the area and jump off.

Sun exposure ages the skin very rapidly. Aged skin is low in stem cells, which is not a good environment fir hair growth.

Have you ever seen those old ladies at the beach that lay in the sun the entire day?
