Can RU58841 cause gyno? Started taking it 14 days ago and now feeling some symptoms

quick question about RU... can it cause gyno? I’m on finasteride for 2.5 years and started RU 2 weeks ago. Started to notice some puffy nipples and slight itchyness, now getting nervous. I used 100mg of RU for about 7 days and now I’m using 35-40. Has anyone heard of RU causing gyno?
