Can propecia possibly alter body mechanisms permanently?

Anyoneknows if contiued use (10 years++) can possible alter body systems such that male pattern baldness gets worst or stopping propecia usage after a very long period of time permanrntly disables the male pattern baldness mechanisms at work?

I need some solid evidence from propecia veterans wo took it say 5 years - 10 years and stopped...but did n ot expereince a relapse....
