Can Our Lifestyle Influence Hair Loss More Than We Think?

I know for a fact when i get bad sleep the next day i seem to shred a lot of hair.
I also know that when i drink alcahol the next day i seem to shred more.

This makes me think - can our lifestyle influence hair loss more than we think?

Someone who ate well, exercised and got adequate sleep, could they slow their hair loss by a significant amount ?

what do you guys think

Possibly, but there's a paucity of good idea so don't wreck your brain over it.

It's also not necessarily intuitive. For example, you can't know if low protein or high protein diet would be better.

I'm part of a low carb diet group. Some people report a lower hairline. Others talk about their hair falling out.

Do stick to what's known.
