If you're already taking Proscar there's no need to take anything containing saw palmetto. That is the ingredient targetted at prostate health and it basically does the same thing (it's a 5-ar inhibitor) but is less effective and may give you side effects. So there's no benefit in using it together with finasteride.

It is probably a low dose so may do nothing good or bad whatsoever but there's no reason to buy it specifically, just take a normal multi vitamin, the rest of your regimen is already strong.

i already bought it and took it? i should have returned it and bought the reg multivitmin? the young girl at the counter convinced me said it was good 4 men and specially made for them i am 30 and look 21 i want to keep it this way for the next five yyears i think it is because of my hair mostly thick and black no white

when i was 20 i use to look 30 cause of my shitty hair

As I said it's probably a really low dosage and won't do any harm to take it, it's just not particularly necessary when you're already on finasteride.

Generally though it's probably good to keep your regimen as simple as possible so if you do get any side-effects you know what's likely to have caused them.

This will be as a result of the other smart lifestyle choices you're making, not the multivitamin you take, so you can completely relax about that decision. Like hairhoper said, no harm done, finish them off, I'd probably opt for one without saw palmetto next time though since you're already on a 5-ar inhibitor - the lycopene is definitely a good thing though, especially considering finasteride's notoriety for obscuring latent prostate problems. Anything you can do to ensure its health while you're young is probably a good thing, and the positive research on lycopene has been pouring in for years.
