Can hair regrow back naturally? (hair loss is not hereditary)

You have patterned baldness, unfortunately. In the pics you provided, specifically the second one, the horseshoe pattern is present. No amount of positive lifestyle changes will grow back your lost hair naturally. You'll need to get on proven treatments such as Finasteride and Minoxidil in order to maintain what's left of your hair, and regrowth of lost hair is a possibility. Having no known family history of hair loss doesn't always mean you're safe from going bald.

If you're developing a horse shoe pattern, as Augustin said, then it's Male Pattern Genetic Baldness, no question. You lost the genetic lottery, just like most of us here. 2 years of Finasteride, minoxidil and then maybe a hair transplant and you'll probably have a full looking head of hair again.
