Can Finasteride Save My Crown? Pics Inside?

Hi guys, I just found this forum and this is my first post. Do you think finasteride can save my crown and fill it in? It has taken a huge hit in the last 2 years.

One of the pics is in direct sunlight and the other is under fluorescent lighting.
