Can finasteride Induce Gyno If I Got Hypertrophied Glands Surgically Removed?

I had those painful lumps under my nipples during my teens, and got them surgically removed couple of years ago (I m 26 now)

since I started noticing some hairloss recently, I m considering starting finasteride, so I m curious whether I should at least be safe from gyno as a side effect, or can it develop again anyway (really not knowledgeable about medicine and mechanisms of that condition)?

thanks!

If you got your actual mammary gland in your chest removed I think you're in the clear. Butmost gyno procedures involve removing most tissue and not all, the chance is there but I'd say pretty unlikely

yeah, they were both removed. but not sure if entirely or do they leave a small part as you said, it might be that they do it to avoid indentation of the area.

I feel nothing under my nipples now
