Can Elevated Pgd2 Speed Up Baldness ?

I read That Pgd2 are more elevated in bald scalp versus non balding scalp tissue.

But high Pgd2 is a product from the attack of Dht or a cause ?

I take dutasteride everyday, i have a mild allergic reaction to it with some swelling, so probably i have sistematic high pgd2 levels

Can it worry me ?
