I don't think fixing that alone without big 3 will be of any use at all but I wonder if I am on the big 3 and keep my diet and lifestyle optimum, I can expect better results than how it is right now (every sugary and glutinous food out there plus bad sleep, fap 7-8 times a day etc)/

That's a good question.

Actually, it won't grow your hair faster. But it CAN/MIGHT grow your hair healthier (more oils, not
as dry. )

Sleep is definitely essential to your mental well being. Eventually, people who work "odd shifts" (night
time work), or lack sleep will probably have a heart attack earlier in life than usual.

It hasn't been researched properly, and it probably won't be.

We do know that moderate alcohol intake, and abstinence from smoking, are good for hair.

I'm on an intermittent fasting / low carb group. Many people are reporting healthier hair, many are reporting large decreasing hair, lol.

A slightly better chance at growing back hair should not be the impetus for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. IMO.

And im sure it can only be of benefit.

Correct me if I'm wrong though, it won't help hair grow faster. That's on an individual basis.

It just makes hair healthier.

Also, I heard that if the environment is polluted, hair will look worse.

Im not sure anyone knows anything for sure with male pattern baldness. Can you prevent/stop/slow male pattern baldness with diet and exercise? I dont know anyone that has. Everyone I have seen or met has had similar male pattern baldness to their parents or grand parents.
My vote is no it makes little or no difference at all. How sensitive is your hair to androgens? That is the question
