How would it explain male pattern baldness calcification? Does sebaceous glands all over the body are of same size and structure?

You can decrease sebum glands in size with accutane. However, there are reports of people balding on accutane instead. Doesn't make any sense. I'd guess sebum doesn't cause balding.
I was taking accutane too and my hair got thinner on it.
