Yup 18 and up. It's kind of like buying p**rn. So it can be embarrassing too.

There are under 18 kids at the Rite Aid down the street who hang outside by the door and ask older guys if they'd be willing to "spot" them some Rogaine.

there's no way they will card someone for buying rogaine. It isn't illegal for those under 18 to use it, like with tobacco or p**rn..... It's simply not labelled for use for those under the age of 18..
