Buying generic finasteride online

I have been using 1mg generic finasteride that I purchased from online superdrug, I've been hearing that you shouldn't order generic's or even any medication at all online as it could not be what it claims to be. Is this true or is it completely okay purchasing them online?

I'm in the UK so I'm not sure if they ship here, also I've heard that it isnt spread across the pill evenly so you could be taking 2mg one day then 0 the next.

I know y'all don't have Walmart in the UK, but perhaps Walmart can ship medications overseas(?). Every pharmacy except for Walmart in the US sells generic 5 mg Finasteride for $70-80 per 30 pills. Walmart sells that same amount for $9 for some reason. So that's what I get and it's been great. Maybe if there's a way you can get that shipped to you, that'd be well worth it.
