buying generic finasteride from this website

Im thinking about starting finasteride and obviously the cheaper/more convienent way to get it is through the internet. Is the generic finasteride sold from this site the exact same as the finasteride that a doctor would prescribe, minus the name brand?

I know thats probably a dumb question, I guess I mostly want some feedback on its effectiveness or if there are any problems with it.
