I'm an oatmeal nut. I have it every afternoon when I wake up. Without fail. I usually eat another bowl of it later on at night as well.

The old fashioned rolled oats, made on the cooktop with water and a dollup of peanut butter for the extra protein. No sugar, but sometimes with Lakanto. I used to splash a bit of oat milk over the top which was delicious, now I'm watching my sugar intake a lot more so that's gone. Steel cut oats will be next on the list.

What do you chaps have?

a big smoothie with oatmeal, flax, whey protein, some type of frozen berries, spoon of cocoa sometimes and water. tastes great.

it made it easy for me to not skip breakfast and takes a minute to make.

optimum whey protein...about 4 scoops with 1 heaping spoonful of Greek Yogurt mixed in filtered water. I rotate flavors every 5lb or 2lb tub.

every morning

you use 4 scoops measured with the plastic scoop (1 serving size) that comes inside the whey tub ?

If so, can 4 scoops of protein be properly absorbed at one time?

Yes and I believe thats about the threshold. But most importantly...its keeps me very full for about5 hours and a nice clean feeling. No food hangover.

I am nauseous in the mornings, and have no appetite.
I can't eat until 11am at the earliest :dunno:

Firstly a latte and a cigarette, check e-mails, news etc. and thinking about breakfast possibilities.

Could be anything, fry up, poached eggs and toast, scrambled eggs and toast, fried eggs, French toast, porridge, left over pizza or curry, etc etc.
Depends what I'm in the mood for.

In fact, I'm doing it right now. Thinking about breakfast.

Forgot to mention cheese and toast, with onion, tomatoes and whatever else.

If there's juice, I have a glass while cooking.
