To some people, yes it does..

Some average balding Joes probably feel like they got the short end of the stick and think these stars got it all...money, fame, girls, and great hair to boot. If seeing that even an untouchable star has normal people problems helps them feel a little better about themselves, so be it

Backstreet boys are reputadly worth $100m+ each, singing and dancing might not be a macho career but earning $100,000 a night to stand infront of screaming girls sure beats 45 yrs at the office. (Are you sure you would'nt swap?)
Most of them are long since retired by the time their m.p.b kicks in.

I'm from the US, not gay, and I'll be honest....I used to listen to their music and really enjoyed it. Even though I was still in middle school/high school at the time, I believe they still made decent music. I would LOVE to be in any of their shoes, I would not even hesitate. Just because they dressed nice, knew how to dance, and were well groomed they are gay? I really don't understand where all the hate stems from....I mean if you don't like their music that's fine, but call them gay? No...
