it's most likely the minoxidil from what I've heard. If you're applying it to damp hair, you shouldn't be. Other than that, try reducing your dosage, or the strength of the minoxidil.

I'm going by what others have said, and not personal experience.

Agreed. If anything, I'd think finasteride might *reduce* body (not scalp) hair, since it's basically a feminizing drug (less DHT).

Oh stop cringing, you know it is. Transsexuals who go on anti-androgens lose/reduce their body (not face) hair, so one might expect the same, though much smaller, effect from finasteride perhaps?

I dunno, I've only got like three... no wait... four! chest hairs anyway, lol, so...
