Bloodshot Eyes

I have recently been applying more foam to my scalp as I am paranoid I haven't been getting it to all the needed areas. The past two days I have added more foam, I have gotten SEVERLY bloodshot eyes. Is this a side effect of too much minoxidil absorption?

I started 2ml/2xday minoxidil in Nov and I have had really bloodshot eyes.

BP is also 108/65 down from 120/80.
