Following this thread I post last time: https://www.hairlosstalk.com/intera...ied-propecia-three-times.122095/#post-1792572

I restarted to take Propecia after my left nipple felt good, and then my nipple got tenderness after two days use, and I got to see the doctor, and got blood test after one week, the result of blood test is:
mine normal level
Cholesterol: 174 < 200mg/ml
Prolactin: 5.8 2.1 - 17.7ng/ml
Estrogen: 37.01 < 39.81 pg/ml
Vitamin D: 23.7 32.0 - 100.0mg/ml
Total testosterone: 660.2 260.0 - 1000.0
Free testosterone: 182.59H 30.00 - 150.00pg/ml

From my result, my estrogen is in the range of normal, but it almost reaches upper bound, so I am wondering if estrogen level might exceed my personal level, which cause my tenderness of nipple. And when I told the doctor it is possible to get AI for preventing gyno because I really don't want to quit Finasteride that is most effective drug until now, and she refused because she said AI is only for treating breast cancer, and I said I might get early sign of gyno, she said I don't get hard lump, and then she advocated PPR treatment in his office and when I refused because I know it is less effective according to what people said in this forum, and she just left me alone in the office.

I did know there is a success story about treating gyno with AI when taking finasteride https://www.hairlosstalk.com/interact/threads/finasteride-and-gynecomastia.98487/, and I really don't know what can I do now.

Minoxidil has been used for three years and no remarkable result, I bought RU yesterday, but don't have nerve to try it, after all, no one know its side effect from a long usage, and there are not too many success stories about RU at least for what I search in this forum and reddit. But I think I will try it eventually, but I really want to give finasteride a shot.

Any suggestion I would appreciate it very much!

Although I don't have lump around my nipple, but I think tenderness or itch of nipple is a early sign of Gyno, right? @michel sapin I know you've fighting with gyno for a long time, any suggestion?
