Today, a barber said that I have sensitive skin. He said whenever he put pressure
on my scalp that it turned red. I have noticed this too. If I press hard near my hairline
with one finger, then let go, the skin turns reddish briefly and then returns to
it's normal color.
So, I told the barber that I noticed that redness too. His response was:
"Maybe that's why you're ......" He didn't finish the sentence, but I assume
he wanted to say "bald". "Maybe that's why you're bald!"???
Does anyone know what this redness is? Is it normal? Is it just
a form of blood circulation on my scalp? Is it good or bad?
I do use laser therapy every other day, which supposedly helps with
blood circulation. I don't know if it's related.
What is your opinion?
