Hy!can be biotin a treatment necessary for thinning taking it a in a form of 3 or 5 mg?I heard a lot about the idea that if u have the follicle dead you can not do anything to regrowth...I took a sharped look at my temple...and I saw there so many little hairs...so I think there's still a chance...if will apply some minoxidil, even if I lost that hairs 2 years ago.Should I give a chance to my temple or not?Thx!

I take Biotin myself but its really only good for thickening up existing hair rather than a baldness treatment. Hair loss because of a biotin deficiency is very rare.

minoxidil can help...there was a guy posted here under the name casperz who went slick bald to new hair with a regimen so I believe there is a chance follicles can always be resurrected.
