Are you on finasteride?

Bioperine/piperine does have an interaction with finasteride via enzyme inhibition, although i've never been able to find out 100% definitively if it increases or decreases effectiveness. I believe it helps prevent the breakdown of finasteride by the liver, which should mean you are effectively taking a higher dose... but like i say all I know for sure is that there IS an interaction.

Assuming you know that, did you find anything definitive as to whether it's a positive interaction? I would certainly be interested in knowing! One of my favourite gym supps has bioperine in it...
