big 3--------telogen effluvium?

I am nearly 5 months into big 3.....from past 2-3 weeks I am suffering from major shed.nearly 300+hairs a day.... while in shower or in comb hairs are everywhere.... Its so dreadful that losing hairs at 20 years age....Is this Telogen Effluvium? and any suggestions to stop?

Hairs falling with skin peeling....it's like small skin flakes

Yes....shedding alot and is not stopping.... It's not going well...

give it time dude, if it still worsens after a year or so then i guess your male pattern baldness is too strong for big 3.

I can see some baby hairs (fuzzy) in hairline but they are not worth styling and density to hair.
