Well I been looking around for a while now.....

I am about a 1.5 or 2 on the scale right now and I don`t want it to get any worse. I was thinking going on Propecia + some Rogaine. Currently the only thing I use is that Loreal 4 men thickening shampoo(i dont know if it works but it smells nice)

Sound like a good plan????

Also, lets say in a year or so my hair grows back to where i dont need the stuff anymore. Can I just quit it or will the hard work go away after i stop?? Or once I start and it works, I`m stuck with it 4-life???

thanx for any info guys.....

That shampoo will do nothing for your hairloss.

If you want to stop your hairloss and possibly grow some back, i suggest you start of with propecia. Been on it for a year, and no sides.

If you are using propecia and you notice gains from it and decide to stop taking it, you ill slowly loose whatever hair you have gained over the course of a year.

If you are at a Norwood 2 right now, it's not going to get better without you doing something about it....and i'm not talking about a shampoo with a temporary cosmetic effect.

To go bald, or not to go bald? that is totally up to you.

Yeah i understand the shampoo doesnt do anything.

So basically what ya said is whatever i grow back will eventually fall out if i ever stop taking it??

re:

Read the main site forum before asking any more questions, check out Merck's propecia website and search around this forum and/or good male pattern baldness. Click the attached link to start your adventure, in the future I would recommend trying to find information out for yourself before asking a bunch of people you don't know for basic medical information. Of course, you are lucky that there are many people on this site that know alot about male pattern baldness.
