I cant decide if to add Beta-Sitosterol, mainly dont want to make my regime any more expensive.
I currently use the following:
Nizoral & Aclepin C1 shampoos
LiniumLife (Flax SDG's)
Emu Oil (Topical)
Nourkrin
Superior Hair Healthy (Multi Vitamins with crossover of the TOP 6 but low dosages)
Will stop Nourkin and Superior Healthy hair when my supply comes to an end.
Also emu oil as I read after 90 odd days and no improvement is seen then dont expect any regrowth of any kind.
This article below did not convice me at all Beta-S would help male pattern baldness

Anyone got some positive views/articles on Beta-S for the hair?
I did ponder after aroudn 8mths when my supply of shampoos run out is to try all natural SLS free shampoos, again anyone feel there hair condition improved doing this??
