Beta sitosterol source

Hi Guys,

I would like some of you experienced guys to check out this NSI Beta sitosterol and tell me if you think it is any good. I have been using this for about a year with no great resuklts and am wondering if I should try a different strength or type of Beta sis, or drop it altogether.

Beta sitosterol is bunk. I used it for 2-3 years and it didn't do diddley. In fact I don't know of a single trusted source who has found beta sitosterol useful.

It has some application as homeopathic prostate medication, but that's about it.
