I think the combatants are S5 Cream and Revivogen? Anyone know which works the best?

I read on Revivogen's site from Dr. Khadalvi(sp?) that once a day use of Revivogen is all it took, then he even said lowering the dose to 3-5 times a week is an option after using it for so long. Seems to be saying something about how potent it is.

It didn't say on hairlosstalk's S5 Cream link how often one should use S5 cream.

My last question is is it possible that a topical DHT blocker could affect your prostate like oral finasteride? Like if it could reach it in any way.

Nobody can answer that question with any degree of certainty.

By "DHT blocker", I'm going to assume that you mean a 5a-reductase inhibitor like finasteride. Yes, using finasteride topically has definitely been known to cause a bit of systemic absorption of the drug, although that's varied a bit from study to study. That could quite possibly cause a small effect on the prostate.

I quit because, not only is it scaring the eff out of me, it wasn't until yesterday that I am aware/convinced that permanent sexual sides (prostrate involution...basically destruction of the prostrate, as well as penile atrophy which would sum up to destroying ones manhood...only concern I have is, of course, sexual pleasure...because I'd never want that to go away) exist. I've been always under the impression/told that officially, very very very very few people have sexual sides, and these would go away anyway after discontinuing use. No time frame was given of how long someone takes propecia that would cause any permanent sides.

I was talking about revivogen basically. Could that perhaps mess up with my prostate more?

Revivogen is very weak in my opinion. finasteride was FAR more effective. However,
I did start getting sides after a few months.
