Best time of day to use Propecia?

Hello, so I've done some research but I'm still curious:

What do you guys think would be the best time of day to consume the 1 mg of Finasteride in Propecia?

I know that testosterone levels in the body can fluctuate depending on physical activity and stress, so I would think that during the peak of the day it would be best to consume the finasteride to block the most DHT, especially considering that finasteride typically has a very short effect period (6-8 hours). Currently I take finasteride before I go to bed, as I assume my testosterone levels are most stable during sleep. But I don't know if it really makes any difference, ultimately. What do you guys think? I'm curious because I want my finasteride regimine to be as effective as possible...

Also, my second question: I'm currently taking finasteride and Nizoral, will be using Rogaine Foam soon, does anyone have any other suggestions for a hair loss product that at least has some legitimacy and or proof of effectiveness behind it? I'm curious because I would like to add more products to my current routine.

I know this is a loaded post but any responses to the above two questions would be highly appreciated, particularly the first question. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

With regards to your first question, I believe that it makes no difference so I just swallow mine just after waking up in the morning. My thinking for that is that if I do it at night, I'm full of food and possibly alcohol so it probably isn't going down into such a clean area! ;)

I honestly don't think it makes any difference though as long as you roughly stick to 24 hours between each consumption....

Regarding your first question, I actually asked my skindoctor and he said it makes no difference when your taking it.. As long as its about 24 hours between each consumption of Propecia.

It doesnt matter if your taking it on an empty stomach or with food, and it doesnt matter if your consuming it at night or morning ;)

Yeah I've heard a lot about spironolactone Cream but haven't been able to find much of anything solid about it through my research. It seems to be sold in a variety of different forms and varieties. Have you used spironolactone Cream before or do you know where I could find more info about it?

Question #1: I take finasteride early in the morning and I suggest you do the same. If finasteride has sexual side effects, it's probably better to take it in the morning so that it doesn't affect your night erections. This is just a theory of mine, but I think it makes sense.

Question #2: Save your money. If you're taking finasteride and minoxidil 5%, you're already doing everything that you possibly can to save your hair.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think I will still continue using it before bed simply because for my schedule it is easier.

I do believe I have been experiencing more watery sperm than usual since starting finasteride, but this effect seems to be off and on. Have any of you experienced anything similar to this?
