But any of you guys, can recommend me a good place for a hair transplant in Portugal?

Well you have clinica saude viavel in Porto and Lisbon

They use Artas robot for extraction, they lately have advertising heavily on the portuguese media, and using footballers, tv presenters and models as marketing.

I had a consultation with them but decided to go to Turkey.
