Best In World (uk, Us, Canada) For Nw3->nw1?

Hi, I'm between a NW2 and NW3 and I'd like to get back to a NW1 if possible.

I'm still researching, but I was always under the impression Dr William Rassman was the pioneer of hair transplants and he is the best in the world. Is this correct?

If not, who would you say is best surgeon within UK, US and Canada (I don't want to go to Turkey) for this? I am fortunate that I don't need to consider cost, I just want the best surgeon.

Brussels - B isanga, Feriduni, Lupanzula.
Cyprus - Maras.
Athens - B isanga and Cole clinic.
Turkey - Keser, Cosmedica, (possibly Cinik, HLC).
Mexico - Nader
Canada - Rahal, Hasson and Wong (more experienced on FUT)
Spain - Couto, Lorenzo, Freitas.

If you're based in London/UK, seems best to take Eurostar to Brussels or a little less convenient but cheaper fly out to Turkey/Greece/cyprus.

If you want to go to a NW1 then you better get a hairline specialist. It is so easy to screw those up. An FUT will harvest grafts of all types, while you may need more 1 follicle grafts for a hairline.
